Manchester City Star Jack Grealish has finally spoken out after being dropped by Gareth Southgate

Following a savage England rejection, Manchester City player Jack Grealish is making significant Man City decisions behind him ahead of the start of the new Premier League season.

Following a poor season with his club, Grealish was left out of Gareth Southgate’s final 23-man team for Euro 2024.

Ahead of him, the in-form Anthony Gordon and Cole Palmer were selected; although he will have been sad to miss out, it has let him concentrate on getting ready for the next campaign with City.

Social media videos have seen the 28-year-old already training despite pre-season yet to start.

According to The Mirror, Grealish has informed City that he would be returning for training many days before manager Pep Guardiola’s specified return date.

Many injuries last season reduced Grealish’s chances of being selected with Guardiola; instead, he usually prefers to play Belgian Jeremy Doku on the left wing.

Next month City starts their pre-season tour; this will be a fantastic opportunity for the Englishman to wow before of their first competitive game in the Community Shield against rivals Manchester United.

His eagerness to put in the additional effort reveals he isn’t pouting over Southgate’s ruling.

If Grealish never worked his way back into the international scene at some time, it would be surprising; for now, his concentration is returning onto the pitch for his club.

With a nervous triumph against Serbia followed by a 1-1 draw with Denmark, the Three Lions’ start at Euro 2024 is not off to the greatest.

Many supporters think Grealish ought to have been picked and would help to address some of England’s present issues if he were part of the team.

Having arrived for £100 million back in 2021, he is still City’s record signing and will at least be very important for whatever future success they experience.
