Premier League superstar found GUILTY of over 200 betting charges and has now been banned for 10 months

Stefano Pioli, the manager of AC Milan, said he didn’t know anything about Sandro Tonali’s gaming problem that got him banned.

The Italian playmaker was bought by Newcastle from Milan for £55 million in the summer. But after two months, it came out that he was being probed for breaking betting rules, and his agent said he was hooked on gambling.

Tonali was banned for 10 months at the end of October, which made people wonder what Milan knew before they sold their star young player. Pioli said Tuesday night that Newcastle got a “great” deal and added, “No, I didn’t know anything about Sandro’s problem.”

“He was a smart boy who was polite, respected others, and showed respect to others.” If I like a player and think I can be honest with them, I don’t just talk about football. I don’t know everything about them, though, like what they do outside.

They spent a lot of money on a player who is now banned until the end of August. When asked if he felt bad for Newcastle, he said, “Well, when they signed him, it was a good deal; they signed a great deal; and what happened after no one could have expected.”

“Tonali, I know him well. He was a good kid when he was with us; he always had good intentions and worked hard. He’s gotten caught in something delicate. His family and I are close to him, and I hope this can help him. Can he get better? Without a doubt, yes, when it comes to his physical and technical skills.

Pioli called a meeting at St. James’ Park on Tuesday, but there was no exercise because it was raining. He said, “Our goal is to win the game.” We know what to expect and who our enemy is. “This is our chance to shine.”

Howe said in October, after Tonali’s ban was official: “I will have to see the whole time he won’t be able to play and then work out a plan for him.” He will have a very hard time with it. He will feel bored if he doesn’t play, and I’ve seen this happen many times with players while they were training.

“His body and mind need to stay fresh so he can do what he needs to do for big pitch stuff.” We’ll have to work hard to make sure he comes out of the break, hopefully, a better player than the one who is leaving us now.

“If he is banned for that long, he will have some tough times during that time.” Ten months is a long time for a pro athlete to not do what he does. Not least when it comes to the pitch scale. Train with small-sided games to get used to them.
