Manchester City Manager Pep Guardiola broke down in tears as another Key Manchester City player goes off injured during International break training this night, a very sad moment for Manchester City fans as the injury seems to be a career ending injury

Manchester City has received a huge injury scare as Erling Haaland looked to walk out of Norway training.

City’s stars have gone off around the world this week for the international break, but it appears that Pep Guardiola has already suffered a major setback.

On Tuesday, video emerged on social media that appeared to show Haaland staggering off the pitch during practicing with Norway.

The striker missed 12 matches in December and January due to a stress strain in his foot.

He returned to action at the end of January, although he appeared to be in agony when exercising with his international teammates.

City’s first game after the international break is a massive Premier League encounter against Arsenal on March 31.

In April, the triple winners will face Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest, and Luton Town in the league, as well as a two-legged Champions League quarterfinal against Real Madrid and an FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea at Wembley Stadium.

Guardiola’s team is now third in the league rankings, one point behind Liverpool and leaders Arsenal.

Haaland is on track to win the Premier League Golden Boot for the second time in a row, having scored 18 goals in 23 appearances this season.

Last season, the Norwegian superstar scored 36 league goals, setting the record for most goals scored by a single player in a single Premier League season.

This season, Haaland has 29 goals and six assists in 34 games across all competitions.

Haaland is scheduled to play in Norway’s friendlies against the Czech Republic and Slovakia next week.

When asked about Haaland’s projected participation in the two friendly games, Guardiola remarked earlier this week: “He is no longer my player from now on; whatever they decide will be fine.”

“They understand that they fought and trained hard, and that it took a lot of adrenaline and attention to get to this point. They understand that these are friendly games, and they must proceed with caution. “Hopefully, they will be able to do it.”
