It has been 15 months since City was slammed with 115 Premier League accusations for suspected financial irregularities, which they strenuously dispute.
According to some accounts, a verdict may not come for at least a year.
What are the 115 accusations against Manchester City?
• 54 instances of providing inaccurate financial information between 2009-10 and 2017-18.
• 14 instances of inaccurate payment data for players and managers from 2009-10 to 2017-18.
• Failed to comply with Uefa standards, including Financial Fair Play (FFP), five times from 2013-14 to 2017-18.
• Seven breaches of Premier League PSR guidelines from 2015-16 to 2017-18.
· 35x Failure to cooperate with Premier League investigations from December 2018 to February 2023.
City has been charged with 115 violations of Premier League rules.
Not all of these breaches involve financial difficulties. Thirty-five pertain to the club’s alleged failure to cooperate with the Premier League inquiry between 2018 and February 2023.
The financial charges date back to 2009 and were revealed in confidential documents released by the German daily Der Spiegel. The city has always said that these leaked emails were obtained unlawfully.
