La Liga have just announced the shocking VAR Error By referees of Barcelona VS Villarreal- PGMOL under scrutiny over surprising VAR mistake made by The Referee during the Barcelona Vs Villarreal match after not awarding a HANDBALL to Barcelona

At the Montjuic Stadium, Xavi Hernandez labelled VAR a ‘disgrace’ and his team ‘naive’ and ’emotionally crumbled’ after a devastating 5-3 loss to Villarreal that likely dashed the team’s ambitions of winning La Liga.

In their first home game of 2024, Barca fell behind 2-0 before mounting an incredible eleven-minute, three-goal comeback to tantalise Culers.

As the game was about to end, though, Goncalo Guedes tied the score at three points, ahead of the Yellow Submarine, who struck in the 99th and 102nd minutes, forcing Xavi, who was under intense pressure, to remain on life support.

VAR called the match that dropped them 10 points behind Real Madrid at the top a “disgrace” or “embarrassment,” and the outspoken veteran acknowledged that disciplinary action for the outburst was likely in the works.

“I may be suspended, but the game was spoiled by the penalty call. The fourth referee acknowledged that there had been a definite penalty. “The images are there, and I don’t want to say anything more,” he objected.

“We are having a very tough time because of La Liga. He asserted, “I think we deserved to win today,” without holding back in his criticism of his teammates.

“We should be committing a tactical foul to end the 3-3, but we lack maturity. Observe how Cuenca inhibits Lamine. Our issue arises when we misplace the ball.”

“We have a negative dynamic and are in a hole. “Everyone on the team is emotionally broken,” admitted Xavi.

Frenkie De Jong said the first team team “still have complete confidence in Xavi and the rest of the coaching staff” after the game.

“The players are solely to blame for this defeat. A premier club cannot allow such things to occur,” he added.

When Xavi learned of Frenkie de Jong’s comments, he said, “I understand what he said and that we’re all responsible, but I’m the most responsible.”

With or without De Jong’s backing and Ronald Araujo’s insistence that the players “be with Xavi,” their coach’s time may be running out.

President Laporta Joan Laporta hurried to a board meeting in an office at Montjuic Stadium, according to RAC1, to assess Barca’s circumstances, which some have called a crisis for several weeks.
