just in coming from Fabrizio Romano £150, 000 Manchester City player has officially left the club this evening to Join Newcastle United in £50million deal

Man City lets a player who makes £150,000 a week join a rival team in the Premier League.
Now, Kalvin Phillips is free to go on loan to Premier League foes Newcastle from Manchester City.

That’s what talkSPORT says.

What’s going on with Kalvin Phillips at Manchester City these days? Let’s look…

Newcastle has given Kalvin Phillips permission to join.
Well, the Magpies want to join Manchester City in the top four by May, and they want to sign the England player to help their chances of making it to the UEFA Champions League final.

Newcastle has only won one of their last seven games under Eddie Howe’s management because of injuries. TalkSPORT now thinks that Phillips’ loan deal has been confirmed.

They want to replace Sandro Tonali, who is banned, but they don’t have the money to sign the Manchester City No. 4 player permanently in January.

The Citizens, on the other hand, have no plans to stop the £150,000-a-week player from going on loan to Newcastle. According to the Telegraph, Newcastle are sure of reaching a deal, so this one is likely to happen in January.

Phillips was left on the bench again as Manchester City beat Everton 3-1 on Wednesday. This comes after Guardiola recently said that the 28-year-old sometimes has trouble adapting to his tactics ideas.

Juve and Manchester City could also do business with each other.
Phillips is being looked at by more than just Newcastle.

TalkSPORT also says that Juventus is interested, and Calciomercato says that the Yorkshireman has said he would be happy to join the big Italian team.

That would, of course, keep Phillips from making a Premier League foe stronger, so Manchester City might want that to happen.

Still, Newcastle is more likely to pay the reported £40m asking price in the summer if the loan goes well, while Juventus might try to get a lower price because of the difference in wages between Serie A and the Premier League.
