FIFA has just announced VERY SAD NEWS for the Officials and Referees of the match between Liverpool FC Vs CHELSEA and this have cost them thier Job

Liverpool beat Chelsea 4-1 on Wednesday, and Chelsea was given two penalties that were not taken. Mauricio Pochettino was left to regret both the decisions made by the referees and his team’s poor performance. Their first half was terrible, and they lost badly, but things could have been very different.

Ben Chilwell was called for diving before halftime by Paul Tierney, which was the right call. However, Virgil van Dijk was not punished for a hit on Conor Gallagher earlier in the game. It was looked at by VAR, and it was found that Van Dijk’s knee hit the Englishman just outside the six-yard area.

The Reds were lucky to get away with the choice, though, because Joe Cole spoke out about what happened. The former Chelsea and Liverpool player said, “Sterling goes into the box, Gallagher takes a lovely touch, and Van Dijk just squares himself off and I think he just leans into him there.”

“That’s a punishment for me.” I don’t think the judge was brave in front of the Kop in the first ten minutes.

Diogo Jota scored the first goal, making Chelsea pay for not playing as hard as they should have. Connor Bradley made it 2-0, and then Darwin Nunez got the chance to make it 3-0 from the centre of the pitch. In the case of the foul on Jota by Benoit Badiashile, Tierney gave Liverpool the benefit of the doubt, which was the right thing to do.

“It’s a great ball from Joe Gomez and then you see it in slow motion, he steps on his foot and with VAR you get those decisions,” Rio Ferdinand shared. “But Chelsea has been very careless and slow with everything.” It looks like they should have scored here to end the game, but Nunez is having a hard time right now!”

Nunez missed his chance, one of four times he missed the goal and hit the post. Things got worse for Pochettino after halftime, though. Dominik Szoboszlai scored a goal with his head to seal the win in the middle of the second half.

Christopher Nkunku did score a consolation goal for Chelsea, and for a moment it looked like they might be able to cut the lead to just one goal when the Frenchman seemed to be fouled in the box right after. Ally McCoist asked on analysis, “Has van Dijk kicked through him?” “Oh, you know he does!

“I’ll tell you right now that he does; that’s a ban.” He hits him with his right leg, so I think that’s a penalty. See how Van Dijk touched the ball there? That’s a penalty all day. Without a doubt, he takes out his right leg.

John Brooks looked into what happened again, but nothing came of it, which made Pochettino angry. The 51-year-old was furious on the bench and yelled at the fourth official during the play that came after the hit.

McCoist went on to say that Liverpool deserved to win even though the judges had given Chelsea a bad set of cards. Pochettino’s team is now stuck in the middle of the table because of the result.

Even though the Blues had a chance to be seventh at the start of the week, they could end up in the bottom half. They have also lost six of their last seven games away from home.
