Manchester United advanced to the FA Cup final after beating Coventry City 4-2 on penalties. The Red Devils led 3-0 early in the game, but the Championship side rallied to tie the game at 3-3.

Scott McTominay scored a tap-in early on after superb work from Diogo Dalot, and Harry Maguire’s header from a corner increased the Red Devils’ advantage. Bruno Fernandes secured the game by deflecting his attempt past Bradley Collins.

Coventry had a few half-chances in the first half, but came alive in the second half, rallying from three goals down due to Ellis Simms, Callum O’Hare’s deflected attempt, and a Hadji Wright penalty.

The Red Devils, who were hammered by Roy Keane throughout the game, rescued their blushes by winning 4-2 on penalties. It will be a rematch of last season’s cup final when United face Manchester City at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, May 25.
