Before the January transfer window ends, Chelsea is eager to add a fresh winger to their attacking lineup.

The West London team signed a number of players last summer, including Moises Caicedo, Romeo Lavia, and Nicolas Jackson, thanks to their intense activity throughout the transfer window.

The Chelsea football club is still eager to recruit players as they get ready for the second half of the current 2023–2024 football season, even with all of these arrivals from last summer.

And if rumours are to be believed, the Chelsea football team has been connected to a move this month to acquire Estevao Willian, a much sought-after right winger for Palmeiras.

The 16-year-old Brazilian international has established himself as one of the top young wingers in the Brazilian league thus far. He was promoted to the Palmeiras U17 team back in 2021.

The youthful right-winger made 15 appearances in all competitions for Palmeiras in the 2022–2023 season, netting two goals and dishing out one assist.

This current 2023–2024 football season, the highly regarded Estevao Willian has also been fairly influential for Palmeiras, scoring four goals in the three games he has participated.

The Chelsea football club is reportedly interested in signing him as a result of his outstanding performances on the wings, citing sources from Transfer News Live.

According to the sources, Chelsea Football Club has dispatched officials to Brazil in an attempt to gain a deal for the young right-winger, Estevao Willian, because they believe he may be a great fit for them.

Chelsea is reportedly trying to make a bid for Estevao Willian because manager Mauricio Pochettino wants the Premier League team to have more offensive options this season.

Nevertheless, it is still unclear if the Chelsea football team will quickly come to an agreement with Palmeiras of Brazil and complete the sale of Estevao Willian before the January transfer window closes.
