Chelsea News

After being Sacked two days ago Mouricio Pochettino has landed himself another job to join rival Club in England 😱😱

Mauricio Pochettino, the former manager of Chelsea, has reportedly stated that he wants to stay in the Premier League and that he would be interested in managing Manchester United in the future.

The Blues conducted an end-of-season evaluation and announced on Tuesday night that they had mutually parted ways with Pochettino. The 52-year-old failed to get a number of new players to click with one another during his one and only season in command of the team, and they finished in mid-table.

They did, however, make it to the FA Cup semifinal and the Carabao Cup final, which served as springboards for their Premier League campaign. They have won seven of their past 10 division games and have only lost one, a crushing 5-0 loss against Arsenal.

If the Reds lose this Saturday’s FA Cup final, Chelsea will end the season higher than United in sixth place and will participate in the Europa League the following year. The buzz around Pochettino’s future position is growing as that game gets closer.

If Erik ten Hag is fired this summer, Pochettino may be open to meeting with United, according to The Times. MEN Sport is aware that Sir Jim Ratcliffe is still debating the Dutchman’s future and that this weekend’s FA Cup final is the main emphasis.

Pochettino freely admitted two weeks ago that he wanted to stay in England as long as possible, therefore it is not shocking to see him connected to the United position. “A proud personal achievement last night – 400 games in English football,” he posted on Instagram.

“One of the finest choices I’ve ever made, and I intend to keep adding to this total for a very long time.” When Ten Hag was named United’s manager in 2022, Pochettino was among the front-runners.
