VERY SAD Chelsea News has been announced this afternoon as TWO Key players has been Banned by FA and will not Play against Crystal palace
After Cole Palmer and Raheem Sterling were suspended, Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino said his players are not bad at following the rules.
Also, the Blues have been given the most yellow cards this season.
Palmer and Sterling both got their fifth yellow cards of the season last weekend when they lost 2-1 at Wolves.
They will not be able to play against Crystal Palace on Wednesday because they have been automatically banned for one game.
Even though they were only sent off earlier in the season, Reece James, Malo Gusto, and Conor Gallagher have already been banned from Chelsea games.
Nicolas Jackson, who was signed in the summer, has only two yellow cards left to get to 10 for the season and a second two-match ban. He was also banned in September.
But Pochettino said, “No, it’s good that we play for Chelsea. It’s a big club, so you feel the pressure.”
“When you’re angry and don’t have the experience of other teams, you do something wrong.”
“This is Palmer’s first full season playing for us.” That’s fine. The players care, they want to win, and they’re mad.
“This is not discipline. More of us need to be able to read the situation in the game.
