THREE First Team Chelsea Players has instructed Todd Boehly and Pochettino that the want to Leave Chelsea In January, that Pochettino is not giving them enough playing time

Some of Chelsea’s less important players will be able to leave the club at the start of the new year to get more playing time.

Chelsea already has a lot of players on loan, so loan rules could make it hard to send some of their current players somewhere else for the rest of the season.

Still, the Blues need to find short-term homes for these three players before the January transfer window starts.

Madueke Noni

Chelsea only brought Noni Madueke in during the January transfer window. So far this season, the winger has only started one PL game.

Cole Palmer, 21, and Mykhailo Mudryk, 22, may make him feel like his road is blocked, and he may want to leave the club permanently.

That being said, Madueke has a lot of promise. For example, Frank Lampard told Chelsea’s official website that he was a “clear talent” that past season.

They should not sign the 21-year-old on a fixed deal if they can help it. Instead, they should loan him out.

David Broja

It’s not fair that Armando Broja is the first player on Chelsea’s loan list. Even though he doesn’t start every week like Madueke does, he does get a lot of game time coming off the bench.

You should worry about him though if the club gets a new centre forward. In terms of importance at Stamford Bridge, the Albanian player is already behind Nicolas Jackson.

If a player like Victor Osimhen or Ivan Toney joins the Blues, for example, Broja should probably go on loan.

It’s Lesley Ugochukwu

When Lesley Ugochukwu moved from Rennes to Chelsea in the summer, most people thought he would go out on loan right away. The Frenchman was only 17, and he had never played in the Premier League before.

But that didn’t happen, and after Romeo Lavia got hurt, it was probably best in the end.

Now that he’s back, though, Mauricio Pochettino has the Belgian, Moises Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez, Conor Gallagher, and Ugochukwu all fighting for what could be two spots.

So, Ugochukwu might have to join a different team if he wants to play in the second half of the season.
