Nicolas Jackson has expressed his dissatisfaction with Chelsea’s leadership following Mauricio Pochettino’s departure.

The Argentine lasted only one season with Chelsea, leading the side to sixth place in the Premier League and the Carabao Cup final, which they lost to Liverpool.

But that wasn’t enough for Chelsea’s board, which has decided to terminate Pochettino’s contract after an end-of-season evaluation.

Following Pochettino’s departure, many Chelsea players, notably Cole Palmer, Mykhailo Mudryk, and Noni Madueke, have shown their thanks to the manager.

Jackson also expressed gratitude to Pochettino, but used the chance to criticize Chelsea’s hierarchy.

Jackson shared a photo of himself with Pochettino on his Instagram story, accompanied with two facepalm emojis.

Jackson then shared another selfie of himself with Pochettino, writing: ‘Love you coach, hope we could stay together more.

‘May God continue to bless you and your family. Thank you for your guidance and support.

‘You are a genuine lion and warrior; I wish you the best.’

‘Chelsea are a great club, and everyone wants to finish better than sixth, but you have to look at where we were at the start of the season; we’ve been 13th and 12th all season. “Last season was obviously the same,” Palmer explained.

‘So returning to Europe is a positive step forward.
