Spanish Club Athletico Madrid is Set to offer FLOP player Joao Felix in Exchange of City Star boy

HITC Football claims atletico Madrid are “willing to offering” Joao Felix in their attempt to recruit Manchester City striker Julian Alvarez.

Having returned from Barcelona, the former Chelsea loanee is not in Atletico’s plans, hence the Premier League champions might have the opportunity to get the signing of the Portuguese international.

At the present, though, given they are still trying to hang onto Alvarez, there is nothing to imply the Cityzens are eager to recruit Felix.

Though Atletico is interested in the Argentinean attacker, HITC reports that Pep Guardiola’s team is emphatic that he is not for sale.

Why are Atletico still trying to purchase Alvarez?
The La Liga team is very aware that the 24-year-old is dissatisfied at the Etihad. The striker is apparently eager to contribute more significantly to the team.

Alvarez started 39 times in all competitions last season but missed key important games including the two Champions League quarter-final matches against Real Madrid and the last four Premier League games.

Atletico also apparently feel Alvarez is eager to move to the Wanda Metroplitano. He knows Atletico would be his only choice should he choose to join a Spanish team, neither Real Madrid nor Barcelona claimed to be in the running for his signature.

City’s value probably will cause discussions to be drawn out and extended.
It is thought that Atletico would only be ready to pay £70 million on Alvarez if they could not incorporate Felix into their bid; so, that cost is considered to be well below City’s asking price.

Though Barca, Real, and Paris Saint-Germain all seem unlikely to start a bidding battle, Atletico could feel they can keep to their guns in terms of how much they are ready to spend.
