REPORT: Saudi Arabia is prepared to gift Arsenal a ‘perfect’ transfer window after a huge sum of around £130 million was offered to Arsenal in return for FOUR Arsenal stars. No other Premier League team earned up to 100 million from sales last summer- Mikel Arteta will decide

Arsenal Football Club may soon attract interest from teams in the Saudi Pro League, as some of these clubs are reportedly considering substantial offers for two prominent players from Mikel Arteta’s squad. The club’s sporting director, Edu, along with manager Mikel Arteta, are already strategizing for the upcoming summer transfer window, anticipating potential departures of key players.

Edu has emphasized that Arsenal has already identified their primary transfer targets. In a discussion with TNT regarding Arsenal’s transfer strategy, Edu stated that while he understands fans’ expectations, the club has meticulously planned for the future. He mentioned, “I understand what the fans are asking for, but we already have our targets. We have planned a lot ahead.” Edu underscored Arsenal’s objective to continually improve, stressing the importance of recruiting players whose character aligns with the club’s ethos.

Edu also highlighted that Arsenal’s focus is on consistent progress, aiming to enhance the team each year. He noted that the club prioritizes finding players who fit the club’s character and philosophy, saying, “The plan is to try to get better every year, and I think we are in a good moment.” He further emphasized the importance of signing young, passionate, and talented players with promising futures.

Reports suggest that Arsenal might break their summer transfer record, surpassing the approximately £208 million spent in the previous window. As part of their transfer strategy, Edu and Arteta are targeting a prolific striker and a central midfielder, which could lead to significant changes for current players like Gabriel Jesus and Thomas Partey.

Gabriel Jesus, who joined Arsenal from Manchester City for around £45 million in 2022, has had a modest season, with just eight goals and seven assists. His position may be at risk if Arsenal signs a new striker. Meanwhile, the club is open to selling Thomas Partey, whose contract expires next year. With Partey’s future uncertain, Arsenal’s summer transfer activities could involve both significant arrivals and the departure of key players as they aim to build a squad capable of competing for top honors in the upcoming seasons.
