While Tuchel’s recent spell at Bayern may have slightly tarnished his reputation, his record at Chelsea remains impressive. During his previous tenure from January 2021 to September 2022, he achieved an outstanding win percentage of 60%. This percentage surpasses those of interim managers who oversaw more than 10 games, such as Graham Potter (39%) and Pochettino (46%). Since Carlo Ancelotti’s departure in 2011, only Antonio Conte (65%) and Maurizio Sarri (62%) have attained higher win percentages as full-time Chelsea managers.
