Napoli striker Victor Osimhen is reportedly interested in a move to the Premier League and is prepared to turn off Paris Saint-Germain.
Chelsea recently contacted Napoli to discuss the possibilities of a trade for Osimhen and whether they would be interested in accepting cash, Romelu Lukaku, and a younger player in the deal. Napoli is reportedly interested in signing the Belgian this summer.

Gianluca di Marzio has now told Sky Italia (via CN24) that Osimhen would rather wait for Premier League teams to make an offer before joining PSG. The prospect of playing for PSG does not excite Osimhen since he has previously played in France with Lille, and the two teams that may get him in the Premier League are Arsenal and Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Napoli is in talks with Chelsea regarding a deal involving Osimhen and Lukaku, with Di Marzio adding that the Nigerian adores England and visits on a regular basis to spend time with his pals. A transfer to PSG is implausible at this moment.
