“I have warned Carlo Ancelotti about that particular player, he refused to bench him, He keeps causing problems to the teams, He made Real Madrid lost Against Barcelona for the second time in a row”: Former Real Star Cristiano Ronaldo names ONE player who doesn’t deserve to start for Real Madrid, warned Ancelotti about the unforgivable mistake

Manchester City is poised to make significant additions to their squad, with three signings reportedly imminent. According to Fabrizio Romano, the club has planned medicals, contract signings, and formal steps to complete the transfers.

Firstly, City is set to sign 20-year-old Uzbek international, Khojiakbar Alijonov, for a fee of €40m plus add-ons. Additionally, the club has agreed personal terms with Eintracht Frankfurt striker Omar Marmoush, who has netted 14 goals in 16 Bundesliga appearances. A formal bid is expected soon.

Furthermore, City has also agreed personal terms with Palmeiras centre-back Vitor Reis, with the clubs currently negotiating a fee.

However, City’s most pressing concern remains their midfield woes, particularly following Rodri’s season-ending knee injury. To address this, the club has identified Real Madrid star Aurelien Tchouameni as a top target.

According to Football Insider, City has made funds available to try and sign the 24-year-old French international, who can also play at centre-back. Tchouameni has made over 100 appearances for Real Madrid but is not a guaranteed starter in midfield.

The opportunity to become a regular starter in midfield is reportedly appealing to Tchouameni, who may be tempted to leave Real Madrid for either City or Liverpool. While a summer deal is more likely, both City and Liverpool believe they can persuade him to make the move to England.

Given Tchouameni’s age, experience, and £85m transfer fee when he joined Real Madrid from Monaco, it may take a similar fee to secure his services. Nevertheless, City appears willing to invest heavily to land their target.
