“I don’t like to talk about Manchester City but i must say this, the way Manchester City is treating my country man is not right”- Real Madrid Star Jude Bellingham reveals his £45M City countryman is very angry and frustrated with Pep Guardiola Not Phil Foden, Not Kelvin Phillips
Juventus are said to be in negotiations with Manchester City about a loan deal for Kalvin Phillips.
The midfielder was linked with a move away from Manchester City during the previous summer transfer window, but he stayed to compete for a spot in Pep Guardiola’s squad.
However, with the manager recently stating that he struggles to see the Englishman in his ideal City team, a January exit appears to be a serious option for Phillips, especially as he stated his goal was to play regular football before the Euros.
With the January transfer window rapidly approaching, one club has taken the first move towards acquiring the England international’s signature.
Juventus has begun talks about a loan for Phillips.
According to The Times, Juventus are trying to sign Phillips on loan since Paul Pogba is facing a four-year suspension for testing positive for a banned substance, while Nicolo Fagioli is suspended until the end of the season for violating betting rules.

According to the article, Phillips “wants to leave City in the January transfer window so he can play regular first-team football and strengthen his chances of being named in the England squad for the European Championship finals in the summer.”
Phillips has made just 31 appearances in all competitions for Manchester United since signing in 2022 from Leeds United in a £45 million transfer.
With only two starts this season, it’s easy to see why the midfielder would want to leave City in January, particularly to a top team like Juventus, which may be better positioned to offer him consistent game time than the Citizens.
