“He’s the BIGGEST problem in this Chelsea team. He will cause them to lose the game against crystal palace today”- Chelsea Legend John Terry names the Chelsea man who will cost them to lose today game against palace

“He’s the BIGGEST issue with this Chelsea team.” He will cause them to lose today’s match against Crystal Palace.” – Chelsea Legend John Terry selects the Chelsea player that will cost them the game versus Palace today.
Former Chelsea captain and club great John Terry has identified three individuals on whom Mauricio Pochettino must rely as his side attempts to climb the Premier League table.

The Blues had a difficult start to the season, plagued by injuries and bad results – defeats to Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest, and West Ham meant they spent much of the first half of the season languishing in the bottom half of the standings.

However, the team has witnessed a rebound since the beginning of September, with a Carabao Cup win against Brighton appearing to propel Pochettino’s men into action mode. Since then, they’ve only lost one of their previous eight games and have taken five points out of a possible nine against three of the league’s top four teams.

While the 2-2 draw against rivals Arsenal may have felt like a setback at the time due to their late comeback, the outcome demonstrated that the Blues could compete with the best in the league while still undergoing a massive internal transformation. That was once again demonstrated in the Blues’ 4-1 victory over Tottenham, which featured Nicolas Jackson’s first hattrick and saw the Blues eventually break into the top half of the standings.

Then it was time to face the reigning champions, Manchester City, but confidence was high in the Cobham camp, with Pochettino declaring before the game that they wouldn’t consider themselves underdogs heading into the game, and they certainly didn’t play like it.

A thrilling match ensued, with a 4-4 draw gained only by a last-minute penalty from Cole Palmer, who has taken the Blues dressing room by storm in recent weeks. The star has scored four goals in his last five games, earning him his senior England debut earlier this week.

When asked who he’s been keeping an eye on on the pitch, Terry instantly mentioned the summer signing as an exciting player to watch in the future. “First and foremost, Cole Palmer definitely,” he remarked at an event shown on X.

“I think what I like best about Cole is that he walked right up to the ball from the first penalty he took.” It shows a lot of character for a young guy to do that at a top football club like ours.

“He’s been incredible. I think Raheem [Sterling] is incredible, and I’ve played against him before, and he’s a terror. He’s been thrilling, but my favourite player is Thiago [Silva].”
