“He is the only one to blame” Erik Ten hag has admitted flop Player is to blame for Manchester United’s Terrible loss today against Manchester City
Manchester United’s recent Premier League problems continued as they lost their second game in a row. They are now 11 points behind Aston Villa in fourth place, ending their dreams of finishing in the top four.
United got off to a good start when Marcus Rashford scored a stunning early goal, giving them the lead. Under the direction of manager Erik ten Hag, they were able to hold on until halftime.
But their lead didn’t last long because the home team tied the game 10 minutes into the second half, putting more pressure on United. In the end, Phil Foden scored the late game-winning goal, and Erling Haaland scored the third goal soon after.
Different players played well or poorly, but United’s goalie Andre Onana stood out as one of the best. He made key saves throughout the game and played a big role in their first goal.
Similarly, Diogo Dalot played admirably for most of the game, though his level dropped towards the end.
A strong defensive performance from Raphael Varane was impressive, but it wasn’t enough to stop City from scoring.
On the other hand, Victor Lindelof had trouble playing left back, which was not his normal position, and Casemiro’s performance was about average compared to his other games.
Kobbie Mainoo showed potential and the ability to adapt, and Scott McTominay’s role as an advanced midfielder helped United’s midfield stay stable, but it took away from their attacking threat.
Alejandro Garnacho didn’t do much during the game, and Bruno Fernandes couldn’t have the impact he usually does because United had trouble keeping the ball.
Rashford’s early goal was the best part of his game, but his overall performance was good, even though he didn’t make a big difference after the early goal.
