FIFA has announced VERY SAD News for Chelsea Star Enzo Fernandez for Calling his former Chelsea teammate Mason mount “Coward, coward, coward!” after Full-time
Enzo Fernandez says the beginning of his time at Chelsea “wasn’t easy,” but he’s sure that next season will be better for him and the team.
Argentina won the World Cup, and the 23-year-old was named the best young player of the event.
He left Qatar with that award. Even though Fernandez was playing well for his club and country before joining Chelsea, he had a rough first few months in the Premier League and says it was hard getting used to his new surroundings.
He says he feels “more settled” and is enjoying football again, but he is “a little unhappy” with how Chelsea has played this season.
Because Chelsea spent over £1 billion on new players, everyone thought they would at least be in the running for a spot in the Champions League.
Instead, they’ve spent most of the season stuck in the middle of the table. On Thursday night, Mauricio Pochettino’s team stunned Manchester United by scoring two goals in extra time.
However, the win only moved them up to 10th place in the Premier League, 27 points behind leaders Liverpool.
