Erik Ten Hag has named the Man United player who will NOT be allowed to enter the dressing room after SHOCKING Press Trash Talk

James Garner characterized Erik ten Hag as “strict” and stated he knew his time at Manchester United was over after speaking with the Red Devils manager.

The midfielder played seven games for his hometown club before joining Everton in a £15 million move with add-ons in 2022.

The Englishman departed the club during the same summer. Ten Hag was named manager, and he claimed last year that a candid talk with his former manager led to his resignation from Manchester after 13 years with the club.

Speaking in 2023, the Merseyside native explained how strict Ten Hag is with his regulations and how his talk about his future disappointed him. “Ten Hag is a really pleasant guy but he is quite rigorous,” Garner explained. “He tolerates no one breaking the rules. He will tell folks the truth and punish them if they have done wrong.

“My conversation with him was simple. I asked him straight out if I was going to be on the squad or if he saw me playing a role. I thought the talk did not go as smoothly as I had hoped, so I decided to move.”

Garner’s departure from United followed an outstanding loan spell at Nottingham Forest, where he played a key role in achieving promotion to the Premier League in the 2021/22 season.
