There have been rumors in Italy that Manchester United wants to sign the in-demand scorer Victor Osimhen.
The newspaper La Repubblica says that United is ready to offer money and a player in exchange for the Napoli star. Even though they had a tough season defending their title, the Nigerian kept up his great goal-scoring form, getting 15 in 25 games after scoring an amazing 26 in 32 Serie A games the previous season.
Some people thought that Rasmus Hojlund could be used as a makeweight to get the 25-year-old to join United at Old Trafford, which would be a huge surprise. But at the end of April, the MEN said that the Dane was one of four players that United would not be interested in signing this summer.
