Chelsea manager Mouricio Pochettino is set to become the manager of this shocking Premier League Club after Leaving Chelsea this summer

The Chelsea manager is expected to take over as Liverpool’s next manager in a surprise move amid Mauricio Pochettino’s exit negotiations.

As the Jurgen Klopp era comes to an end, Liverpool has been pushed to explore a surprise bid for Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino. These six games will be Klopp’s last six as manager of Liverpool.

If Liverpool fails to improve their results from the first leg against Atalanta in the Europa League on Thursday night, they will focus solely on the Premier League race, where they and Arsenal are only two points behind new leaders Manchester City with six games remaining in the season.

Ruben Amorim of Sporting CP is considered the frontrunner to succeed Klopp, who led Liverpool to their seventh major victory in nine years with a 1-0 win against Chelsea in the Carabao Cup final in February. However, there is still considerable speculation about who will follow Klopp. Glen Johnson, a former Chelsea and Liverpool defender, expressed his concerns.

Johnson believes Liverpool should look at the guy Klopp just defeated at Wembley. “I don’t know much about him (Amorim), but he’s clearly doing an excellent job at Sporting Lisbon,” Johnson said in an interview with Betfred. But I’m concerned about who will succeed Jurgen Klopp.

“I’m certain that Liverpool will have successful managers in the future, but replacing Jurgen straight immediately is a tough assignment. Going there now is a daunting endeavor for everyone. Regardless of your identification, this will be a difficult process.

Johnson believes Liverpool should turn to former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino, whose Chelsea team may escape a difficult season by upsetting holders Manchester City in the first FA Cup quarterfinal this weekend.

Johnson said, “A manager who comes in would inherit a fantastic squad and it will be an improvement in terms of player quality than any candidate would have had at their disposal before, even if I’ve suggested that Jurgen Klopp would be a tough act to follow.”

“I realize that some people may think I’m insane, but Mauricio Pochettino is a well-known character who can go into that position and capture everyone’s attention. Regardless of what has happened at Chelsea this season—I do not believe Mauricio is to blame for anything—that would excite fans.

“I believe he might perform well at Anfield if he inherited the Liverpool squad. You do not become a bad boss overnight.”
