Chelsea News

Chelsea Manager Mauricio Pochettino broke down in tears as another Key Chelsea player goes off injured during International break training this night, a very sad moment for Chelsea Fans as the injury seems to be a career ending injury.

This week, at St George’s Park, the English national team is preparing for their upcoming match against the five-time world champions at Wembley Stadium this Saturday.

Jordan Henderson, Bukayo Saka, Cole Palmer, and Harry Kane were absent from the squad’s training session on Wednesday, reportedly undergoing individualized workouts in the gym, as per Sky Sports.

During a recent game, Kane sustained an injury, clutching his left ankle after colliding with the goal post, raising doubts about his availability not only for Bayern Munich’s Champions League quarterfinal against Arsenal but also for England’s matches against Brazil and Belgium.

While Palmer, Saka, and Henderson are reportedly not dealing with any specific injuries, Kane did not train with the team.

Despite sustaining a knock over the weekend, Kane has rejoined the team. Saka played the full 120 minutes in Arsenal’s recent Champions League fixture before the international break, while Palmer performed well in Chelsea’s FA Cup quarterfinal victory over Leicester City.

Kobbie Mainoo, a young Manchester United player, received a call-up to the senior England squad after initially being excluded due to his lack of first-team experience. Mainoo, who impressed in a recent victory over Liverpool, received a text from Steve Holland informing him of the promotion, leading to excitement among his peers.
