He Said ” I Have Done My Part In Convincing Him To Join Chelsea Which He Agreed To, Now It Is Left For Chelsea As A Club To Do Their Own Part And Get Him. You Lose Him Now U Lose Him ‘Osimhen’ Forever

**Paris Saint-Germain (PSG)**, the formidable French football club, is reportedly setting its sights on Napoli striker Victor Osimhen as a potential replacement for Kylian Mbappe in the upcoming summer transfer window. Osimhen, previously linked with Chelsea, now finds himself in high demand among several clubs, with PSG joining the chase. The Nigerian forward made a mark in France during the 2019-20 season with Lille before making a record move to Napoli for approximately €80 million. His impressive performances in Italy have now caught the attention of top-tier clubs.

With confirmation from Kylian Mbappe about his departure from PSG after the current season, the club is actively considering Osimhen as a suitable successor. Osimhen’s track record speaks for itself, having clinched the Capocannoniere award as Napoli secured their first Serie A title in over three decades last season. He registered an impressive tally of 26 goals and five assists in 32 league appearances, earning accolades such as the African Player of the Year for his impactful contributions both domestically and internationally.

Despite Osimhen signing a new contract with Napoli in December, which reportedly includes a release clause of approximately €130 million, he hinted at a potential move during a January interview, with further details expected to emerge in the summer.

Initially perceived as frontrunners in the race for Osimhen’s signature, Chelsea now faces heightened competition with PSG’s entrance into negotiations. PSG’s financial prowess and the allure of competing in the UEFA Champions League make them an enticing destination for the talented striker.

Meanwhile, Chelsea is undergoing managerial restructuring following the arrival of Todd Boehly and the Clearlake Group. The club is reportedly eyeing Brighton & Hove Albion’s head of recruitment, Sam Jewell, to strengthen their scouting setup. This move follows Chelsea’s previous acquisition of Paul Winstanley from another Premier League club in 2023, with plans to appoint Jewell as a global scouting director for both Chelsea and their affiliated club Strasbourg.

Chelsea’s swift pursuit of Jewell stems from concerns that Dan Ashworth, currently linked with Manchester United, may attempt to entice him to join the Red Devils. Recognizing Jewell’s value, Chelsea is keen on securing another talent from Brighton to enhance their scouting department.
