Chelsea could once again look to sell players to Saudi Arabian in the summer transfer window following Todd Boehly’s meeting with Saudi Pro League director of football Michael Emenalo.
As part of their Armando Broja loan agreement, Fulham is expected to pay Chelsea £4 million, according to reports.
In order to get greater playing time for the remainder of the season, Broja joined Fulham during the January transfer window.
The 22-year-old has only made four substitute appearances for Fulham and has yet to start a Premier League match.
MailOnline claims that Chelsea granted Fulham permission to sign Broja for free, provided the striker participated in at least 60% of the team’s remaining games.
According to the report, Broja will now have to play all ten of Fulham’s remaining games to prevent the team from having to pay Chelsea a £4 million loan fee.

Rodrigo Muniz, who has five goals in his last six games, is putting Broja up against fierce competition for a spot in Fulham’s attack.
Raul Jimenez, who hasn’t played for Fulham since the end of January due to a hamstring injury, will also be back.
When discussing Broja’s circumstances at Fulham last month, Marco Silva stated, “He has to wait for his chance.”
We firmly think he is the ideal person to be in this position. On the day of the deadline, he came ahead of the Burnley match. He played for 20 minutes, but Rodrigo scored, and then Rodrigo scored again in the match.
“Unfortunately, he was sick last week and missed the game. However, he is now well, and I will determine the best course of action to begin the game.”
“He’s putting in a lot of effort at a different club with a different vibe, and he needs time to get used to it.” Though it takes time, his quality is evident.
